Newton Home Sale Prices Range Up To $2 Million This Period
NEWTON -- The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 17 Newton property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Eight carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $375,000 to $2,025,000, with a median of $1,660,000. The month's top sale was 200 Harvard Circle at $2,025,000, sold by the Madelyn M. Bilodeau Trust to Harvard St LLC. Nine of the 17 transfers, more than half, moved property within families or into trusts and carry no recorded price yet. Among the eight arms-length sales with recorded prices, all but one condominium sale at $375,000 closed above $1.4 million.
