Newton recorded 19 property sales between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, with 14 recorded sale prices ranging from $1,050,000 to $4,500,000 and a median of $1,680,000. The month's largest transaction was a $4,500,000 sale at 25 White Ave, sold by Westview Partners Holdings LLC to Aaron Slifka and Paola Invernizzi. Four of the recorded sales were condominium units; the rest were single-family properties. Five recorded deeds, including transfers involving the Ryder, Saltzman, Horine, Rufo and Liu families, carried no price recorded yet and appear to be transfers into family trusts rather than open-market sales. The data does not include inventory or days-on-market figures, so this report does not characterize the period as a buyer's or seller's market.
