Newton July Sales Led by $4.5 Million White Avenue Purchase

Newton recorded 19 property sales between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, with 14 disclosed sale prices ranging from $1,050,000 to $4,500,000 and a median of $1,680,000. The month's largest transaction was a $4,500,000 sale at 25 White Ave, sold by Westview Partners Holdings LLC to Aaron Slifka and Paola Invernizzi. Four of the disclosed sales were condominium units; the rest were single-family properties. Five recorded deeds, including transfers involving the Ryder, Saltzman, Horine, Rufo and Liu families, carried no disclosed price and appear to be transfers into family trusts rather than open-market sales.
