Newton Opens Lottery For 70-Plus Affordable Apartments

NEWTON — A public lottery opened this week for more than 70 affordable apartments at one of Newton's newest residential developments, marking the most consequential local news of the day. The announcement comes as the Nonantum Village neighborhood prepares to kick off its 91st annual summer festival.
