Newton recorded 17 property deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only five carry a posted sale price so far, ranging from $750,000 to $2,050,000 with a median of $970,000. The month's top recorded sale was 25 Appleton Cir at $2,050,000, bought by Appleton Circle LLC from William H. Mayer and Marina M. Shapiro. Ten of the 17 deeds show the same family name or individual on both sides, typically a trust-related transfer, and none of those ten has a posted price yet.
